My Driveway Is Gravel, Can It Still Be Blown?
Unfortunately we cannot offer Service if you have a Gravel Driveway.
Will WYS LLC. Provide Snow Markers For My Property?
WYS LLC. does not provide snow stakes for clients properties. If you need snow stakes we can get you some for an additional $50 and will come out and mark your property. The client can keep them once the season is complete.
Will My Driveway Be Cleared By 7 AM?
Although we would love to be able to promise a 7 AM arrival time it would be deceptive advertising. We have no control over when the snow begins or chooses to end. Obviously the later the snow begins the later we will start. In order to predict our arrival time, assume the following. We will wait at least 2 hours for enough snow to fall (at least 2 inches) before we will send our tractors out. You can then add another 6-10 hours onto this time ( if you are at the very end of a route) and this will be the latest you can realistically expect to see us for the first cleaning, Our most common departure time is 3 AM for an overnight clearing in which case all driveways are cleared by 7-8AM.
If I am at the end of the route does this mean I will get poor service?
No, the service is the same for every customer the timing is just different depending on the route. Our routes are organized in a way that will deliver service in the most efficient and timely way possible. All customers are treated with equal priority.
Where Can I Get Storm/Time Frame Of When To Expect My Property To Be Cleaned?
Clients signed up with us will be emailed snowstorm updates through our software per snow event.
Does Snow Drifting Count As A 1″ or 2″ Accumulation Trigger?
Drifting Is not Counted As A Snow Accumulation Trigger. If You Like the Drift Cleaned Up And It Didn’t Snow The Snow Amount You Signed Up You Can Contact Us And Will Get It Cleaned Up For An Additional Fee.
Do You Offer Up To The Front Entranceway/Garage Door Shoveling?
Unfortunately, We do not offer a Shoveling Service. The Two Services we Offer are Driveways with or Without City Sidewalks Options.
Do You Offer Salting/Sanding for Residential Properties?
Yes, We Offer Salting/Sand if the client request for additional cost.
What Weather Station Do We Use To Determine How Much Snow We Received In A Snow Event?
We use the https://fmweather.com/ station to get the exact snow amount to determine when we have reached our snow triggers to go out and service our client’s properties.
How Close Do You Clean To My Garage Door?
We stay about 2′ away from garage doors and buildings. We also stay about 2′ away from vehicles parked in driveways.
When Is The Payment Due?
In order to get on our service list. Full payment must be made in full to get on our winter service list. Payment methods Cash, Check, or Credit Card.
Do you issue refunds?
No. The reason we do not issue refunds once the season has started is that we purchase expensive equipment and supplies, hire employees, and budget maintenance costs based upon the needs of all who purchase service agreements. Once this money is spent it can’t be unspent. Therefore we cannot issue refunds without putting our business in jeopardy of going bankrupt. This is why we make every effort to communicate clear expectations from the very beginning.
